Thousands of TotSwap shoppers are eager to purchase your high-quality, gently-used baby and children's items at our sales. Set up a consignor account today and you'll be well on your way to having a fun, rewarding experience that cleans out your closets and puts money in your pockets, all at the same time! Earn up to 70 percent of your sales just by following the easy consignor steps below.

1. REGISTER online (new and returning consignors)

First-time consignors must create a user account in the myconsignmentmanager.com system in order to begin the process.

New and returning consignors must log in to myconsignmentmanager.com to register for each respective sale. However before you start the registration process you will need to review and agree to our consignor agreement, which you can preview here. You will then create your consignor number and pay the $12 registration fee. Returning consignors will keep their previous consignor numbers. Consignor numbers consist of the first letter of your last name + the last 4-digits of your phone number.

**Please note that paid registrations are not refundable or transferable.**

2. GATHER and PREPARE your items for the sale.

Wash, iron, and replace missing buttons on clothing. Collect all loose pieces for toys and do what is necessary to ensure your items are in excellent condition. We ask that zippers be zipped and buttons be buttoned. Please see our list of Accepted Items and also be sure to check our Product Safety page for information about recent recalls.

3. TAG items

All tags MUST be printed through your user account with myconsignmentmanager.com

Tags must be printed on white or pastel card stock paper. See How to Tag for complete instructions and our How to Price Your Items page for further guidance.

Don't feel like you have the time to tag your own items? Find out more information about our VIP Consigning.

4. DROP OFF items

All items MUST be tagged and on hangers at time of drop off. Hang all clothing on hangers with the hook opening to the left (like a question mark). We do recommend that all consignors schedule a check-in appointment, but if you have over 100 items, it is required. To schedule an appointment, log into your account and click “Check-In” from the blue bar at the top of the page! See Drop Off & Pick Up Info for further information.

5. PICK UP OF UNSOLD ITEMS

We CANNOT store your items after the sale. If you would like your unsold items returned, you MUST pick them up between 5:30 and 8:30 p.m the last day of the sale. Any items that have not been picked up after the designated times become the property of TotSwap and may be donated. See Drop Off & Pick Up Info for further information.

6. PAYMENT

Checks will be available for pick up between 5:30 and 8:30 p.m. on the last day of the sale (Sunday). The registered consignor must be present with a photo ID in order to pick up payment. Any checks that are not picked up by 8:30 p.m. will be mailed to the address that is on file. All checks that have not been deposited after 60 days will be voided and consignors forfeits these funds.
